In February I celebrated four years of being a Manual Osteopath ✨

Story time:

In 2021 I quit my job as an activity aide at a local nursing home to go back to school.

After graduating in 2022, I started my own business and slowly began building my client list. During those early years (2022–2024), I worked several part-time jobs along the way - gardener, server, hillside elevator service tech, and admin for two small businesses… sometimes multiple at the same time!

Finally, in 2025, I fired all my bosses and started working for myself full-time.

I’m grateful for every step of the journey. Each side job brought connections, friendships, and lessons that helped me get here. I truly don’t think I’d be in this position without them.

And of course, a big thank you to all my clients! I appreciate each and every one of you! 💕

Due to significant snowfall, we are running out of space for snow removal. As a result, access to our parking lot will now be available through the south entrance only. Our snow removal team will begin blocking the north entrance immediately following the next snowfall.
