🎉 Celebrating One Year in Practice! 🎉

This past year has been one of growth, learning, and connection. I’m honored to have supported so many clients on their mental health journeys—and I’m excited to share that I’m now officially a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). 🎓

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. I look forward to continuing to grow and serve our community with care and compassion.

One of the weird quirks of modern culture is our allergy to asking for help. While it's tempting to want to face challenges alone, whether that's a job around the house or something simple, I haven't found anything as rewarding as working on something together.

It's easy to feel like we are burdening others when we reach out, but think of how rewarding it feels to be on the other side. So I encourage you, reach out when you need a hand! The rewards often go beyond the task itself.

Another new day, another opportunity. Now for the tricky part, don't get in your own way! Let yourself be the person you actually want to be. Sometimes that means locking the phone away for a few hours, sometimes that means just being a little nicer to yourself when things might not turn out as nice as they ought to be.

In modern life, we often find ourselves overwhelmed; juggling multiple roles yet feeling like something is missing. Life's difficulties can pull us in many directions, and it's not uncommon to be burdened with this sense of emptiness. I'm here to help put those pieces back together, and seek unity within. Whether it is something concrete, like a difficult emotion or behavior, or something abstract, like having a life that feels meaningful. Whatever your journey entails, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
