This is one wild ride, the highs and the lows, the dark and the light, this human journey, I’m right there walking with you.✨

The stories of how human we all are, one foot in front of the other.

15 years ago today I began this journey as an RMT.
So much along the way…
The only thing i know for certain is that you have to lean in and embrace change, then fear releases its grip.

I went back to school in my early 30s as a single parent, years after a 5 year art studio major in school. (And after working as a thai massage practitioner and yoga teacher trainings)

Here I am, 15 years in practice, believe in yourself even when you don’t know the way, doors open.
You have to be brave and walk though them✨🌸☀️.
