💥 I just read a peer-reviewed study and thought… more athletes (and active adults) need to know this.

We talk a LOT about protein, training harder, and pushing through soreness 💪

But far fewer people are talking about oxidative stress — and what intense training is doing to our muscles at a cellular level.

📊 A randomized, placebo-controlled clinical study looked at Juice Plus+® Fruit, Berry & Vegetable capsules in healthy adults following intense resistance exercise.

Here’s what stood out to me 👇
• Exercise-induced oxidative stress was significantly reduced
• The body’s own antioxidant defenses, including glutathione balance, were better supported
• Markers associated with cellular stress increased in the placebo group — but not in the Juice Plus+ group

What if the thing you’re rejecting is actually from God?

Today’s reading hit me hard. It reminded me how often we chase answers from the world instead of seeking God — and just as often, we reject what God puts in front of us because it doesn’t look “spiritual” enough.

But God can use worldly things for His own purposes. His goodwill isn’t limited to church pews and prayer closets.

We all live in the world. We use debit cards, shop at Walmart, rely on systems we didn’t design. But how many of us are open to alternatives when they come along? How many of us shut the door on opportunities just because they don’t fit the mold we’re used to?

Maybe it’s time to ask: Is this from the world… or is God working through it?

⚠️ Desire without action is just daydreaming.
