I don't worry about sucking in my belly.

I don't worry about whether or not I have shaved.

I don't worry about wearing makeup.

I don't worry about people seeing my body.

Because I know that this is me - and she is pretty awesome. 💜

In the book More Than A Body, it says "Self-objectification is the invisible prison of picturing yourself being looked at instead of just fully living."

You deserve to fully live your life. To experience the joy that comes when you trust yourself. When your self-worth doesn't hinge on your weight or what your body looks like.

You deserve to free yourself from the prison of diet culture and shame.

Let me show you how to get there. 🥰

Invest in yourself and believe in what is possible because babe, I know that you can feel this way, too.

You are worth knowing. Let's get to know the real YOU.

If you want to start the process of rewriting the rules that you learned about bodies so that you can start to feel better about yourself, join me for my upcoming 5 Day Body Confidence Reset.

It starts March 22nd and it's free.

Because you deserve to feel confident in your body.
You deserve to enjoy movement.
You deserve to see what is possible when you don't feel stuck in a crappy cycle of punishing your body or "shoulding" yourself to get results...

The scariest part of investing in yourself isn’t really the money (hear me out!)...

It’s actually deciding that you’re worth it.

Because the moment you consider saying yes to something like a retreat… that inner critic will start getting loud.

It’s too much.
You don’t have time.
You should spend that money on something more responsible.
You can’t justify doing something just for yourself.

This will just be one more thing that doesn't work.

Even though feeling crappy about your body is terrible... at least you know what to expect. At least you know what it feels like. It sucks, but at least it feels familiar.

Believing in what is possible can make you feel anxious and it's scary, because it requires you to believe something different. Something different about you and your body.

And here’s the truth: 👇️

The women who leave my retreats feeling the most transformed aren’t the ones who felt totally confident when they signed up.

(or who had tons of extra money to spare...)

They’re the ones who felt the fear… and chose themselves anyway.

Because once you get here, you realize something important.

When you give yourself permission to invest in yourself, that alone is a powerful shift.

Choosing to believe that it is possible to feel differently.
Choosing to step outside of your comfort zone.
Choosing to allow yourself to experience something new.

You’re not doing this alone. I will be by your side from the moment you say yes. You will be surrounded by women who are doing the same brave thing — choosing themselves. Women who will hold you and support you.

Who also believe in what is possible for you.

If part of you is feeling that little pull - the one that says this could be really good for me - I want you to listen to it.

Because that voice is often the beginning of something really powerful.

Do it scared. Feel the fear... and say yes anyways. Believe in yourself enough to take the leap. I promise you - there is magic waiting on the other side of your fear.

There are 6 spots left to join me in Collingwood this June.

If you want to change your relationship with your body and with exercise, you need to start questioning what you have been taught about how to "motivate" yourself.

You need to start challenging the ideas around what it looks like to be "successful" or "healthy".

Because - so much of what we have been taught about our bodies is rooted in racism, sexism, classism... and just plain bad science (that doesn't include women!).

There is a different way.

A way to build confidence based on love and respect for your body.
A way to enjoy movement, without it being rooted in the belief that your body is something to be fixed.
A way to take up space in your life, without constantly obsessing about making yourself smaller.

If you want to start the process of rewriting the rules that you learned about bodies so that you can start to feel better about yourself, join me for my upcoming 5 Day Body Confidence Reset.

It starts March 22nd and it's free.

It's not that "being hot" is the goal...

It's about rewriting the rules around how we see bodies.

Because you have been conditioned to believe that being attractive, sexy, desirable and healthy are all synonymous with being thin.

They aren't.

The more you expose yourself to people (especially women) in different body types who are happy with their body, the more it normalizes a new story.

A story that tells you that your body is NOT the problem or something that needs to be fixed.

Let's normalize women feeling good in their bodies.

Let's normalize women feeling hot, because they like themselves.

Let's normalize that bodies can look different - and that is 100% okay.

If you want to start the process of rewriting the rules that you learned about bodies so that you can start to feel better about yourself, join me for my upcoming 5 Day Body Confidence Reset.

It starts March 21st and it's free.

Because you deserve to like the person you see in the mirror - no matter what your body looks like or how much you weigh.

And let's be hot together. 🔥😎🤣

If you exist in a larger body, you know what I am talking about.

The time and energy worrying about what other people think.
Proving that you are trying to lose weight.
That you are working out.
That you are doing the "right things".

Making sure they know that YOU know you are fat.

All so you don't feel so judged.
It's EXHAUSTING.

When the truth is... other people's opinions of your body are not yours to carry.

What matters most is how YOU feel in your body.
That you feel worthy.
That you feel healthy.
That you feel enough.

And that you are able to recognize that you weight does not mean you are less deserving of love and respect.

This is the work we are doing in my upcoming 5 Day Body Confidence Reset.

To help you feel empowered to stop caring about other people's opinions and start listening more to your own voice.

To write your own rules for your body and for your life.

It's free to join and it starts March 21st.

I wrote these exact words in my journal in 2009.

When I was fully steeped in my diet culture beliefs that being in a *even smaller* body was the key to my happiness.

I thought it would make me feel good enough.

And looking back now, my heart is filled with so much compassion for this younger version of Courtney.

Because it is SO obvious now that my body was not the problem. I mean - look at how friggen cute she is!!! (That is my Little Mermaid Halloween DIY Halloween costume, btw!).

I spent so many years of my life believing this was true.

My hope for you is that you don't waste another day believing it, too.

I have been working on a new 5 Day Body Confidence Reset - to help you understand the lies that diet culture has told you and create a new vision for yourself.

In 5 days, I want to help you truly begin to see that your body is NOT the problem (and has always been good enough).

Want the details? It's free and it starts March 21st. Comment 5 DAYS below and I'll send you a DM! 🙌👇💜

Here’s what happened when I stopped focusing on changing my body and started focusing on accepting it instead...

At first, it felt uncomfortable. Letting go of the scale, ditching calorie counting, and finding movement that felt good—was a big shift. But that’s when everything started to change.

Now, I feel more confident and at ease in my body than I ever thought possible. And the best part? You can feel this way too.

You don’t need a new body—you just need a new approach. 💕

This is my superpower. Teaching women how to step out of the struggle - the yo-yo of dieting and shaming themselves in order to try to feel good enough... To finally give themselves permission to write their own rules.

Want a sneak peek at my 5-Day Confidence Challenge launching March 21? Comment 5 DAYS below and I’ll send you details!

It's free. And it is a powerful way to start to experience a different way of being in your body.

The Loyobo FIT Way of Life

There are 8 rules that guide the Loyobo FIT way of life and are reflected in everything that we do. They represent our values and ethics, but also our promise to you - our members and fitness family.

We want to do fitness differently. Here's how.

#1. We believe strength comes in all shapes & sizes.

There is no "one-size-fits-all" path to health and fitness. There is no perfect body archetype that we aim to follow. We focus on body positivity and helping you use fitness as a foundation for loving your body.
