Loyobo FIT A body positive community for women who want to ditch diets, embrace joyful movement in their life,

When they tell you your retreat was a “1000000% YES”…
You know you’re doing the work you were meant to do. 💛

👉️These are real quotes from the women who were at my first retreat.

"This retreat was the perfect getaway filled with self-reflection, growth, community, delicious food, and self-care. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming community. I cannot wait for the next retreat!"

This year's retreat is about seeing yourself and your body in a new way. A blend of luxurious relaxation and self-reflection that ensure you feel safe and supported - so that you can experience deep transformation.

I want this to be the summer that you feel confident in a swimsuit and feel at home in your skin. I want your focus to be on making memories, rather than worrying about what your body looks like.

There are 6 spots left for June 2026.

Comment SELF-LOVE SUMMER below and I will send you the link with more info.

Then you can be the one saying 100000% YES next year!

I used to not take a full breath - because I didn't want my stomach to stick out and be seen.

I would constantly adjust my pants and my shirts to make sure I didn't have any bulges or showing any unwanted skin.

I would use mirrors to make sure everything was in the right place. That none of my "flaws" had inadvertently become exposed.

I thought constantly being in control like this would make me feel more confident. It would protect me from embarrassment and I could control how others would see me.

In reality, it kept my focus to always be on my body. How I looked, rather than what was actually more important.

How I felt.
Being present in moments of my life.
Connecting with others.

Part of feeling more confident meant learning how to let myself be. It was scary and vulnerable, but gave me the space (and time and energy) to focus on other things. To actually listen to and notice how my body felt. My own voice. To experience the world around me.

I want this for you, too.

On Sat Feb 14 at 11am EST, I am hosting a Free Confidence Masterclass. A 75 minute workshop with me that is about sharing my Self-Love Formula to show you how to stop shrinking and start taking up space - in your body and in your life.

It is what I used to heal my relationship with my body and how I teach my clients to do the same.

This kind of comment or mindset reduces the value of movement to weight loss.

It reinforces that your food choices determine your body size or your weight.

It places the blame for how you and your body looks squarely at your own feet. It uses shame and guilt as a way to try to make you feel motivated to "do better" to "eat better".

And yet - in reality, it is doing the exact opposite. 🤦‍♀️

If you want to feel better about what you eat or if you want to feel more connected to your body's hunger and fullness cues:

You have to stop trying to quiet the food noise by fighting it. By putting yourself down. By making more food rules that you try to follow.

What actually works is unlearning food morality. Learning how to identify all of the external rules that tell you what you should/shouldn't eat, so that you can instead hear your own voice. So that you can actually listen to (and understand!) what your body needs.

This is some of the magic I do with my clients. I help you write your own rules when it comes to your body, food, movement and your life.

Rules that actually work. That help you heal from disordered eating or feeling out of control around food. Rules that help you feel excited about movement and see the value of moving your body.

I teach you what actually works - so that you can step off the yo-yo rollercoaster of dieting.

Want to find out more? Comment MY RULES below and I'll send you a DM, with a link to my recent workshop on Food Noise and how you can take the first step in working with me.

The focus of my Self-Love Summer 2026 Retreat is to give you an opportunity to celebrate your body and see it in a new way,

All while enjoying a fun weekend with a group of women who will lift you up and support you in your journey. Plus - beach time, a private chef, girly drinks, spa treatments.

The weekend includes a private photoshoot session with the incredible . Jen and Taylor will be there to ensure you feel comfortable - which means giving you some 1:1 time for a make-up and hair touch up, or a bit of glam if you want it.

But to make it feel safe.

I promise you - I have thought of everything to spoil you and give you the transformational results you are looking for to make this Summer one of magic.

I understand - me existing in a bigger body, while feeling good and healthy, while working out daily and teaching 11 fitness classes a week, not having any health issues or problems that have caused my weight gain...

It confuses a lot of people. 🤷‍♀️

Because, frankly, my body defies what diet culture tells us.

That there is only *one look* to being healthy - and that is thin.

It's why I think it is SO important to keep showing up. To keep showing my body. To keep posting videos and teaching and being who I am.

Because I want other women to see me and start to question what they have been told about their body.

And realize that they can write their own rules when it comes to health and fitness. Your body is NOT the problem and neither is mine.

Big thanks to for this reel idea.

On Feb 14th, I am hosting a free Confidence Masterclass where I will be sharing my Self-Love Formula. What I have used to help hundreds of women heal their relationship with exercise and feel better/more confident in their body.

11am EST. What better way to spend Valentine's Day than learning how to love yourself?!

If it came down to discipline, willpower or self-control, we all wouldn't have any issues "eating healthy"... Because we have all tried.

You have all made the commitment to a new diet.
To cutting out "junk".
To "being better" or "good".

And yet - time and time again, you can't stick with it.
Instead of blaming the diet or the system you were taught...

You think next time you just need to try harder. 🤷‍♀️

There is another way. You aren't broken. You aren't addicted to food. You aren't "bad".

You just havent been taught how to heal your relationship with food. The tools to make it feel easier, more intuitive.

How to enjoy your food and understand what your body needs to feel your best.

💜In my upcoming workshop on Dealing with Food Noise & The Food Police, I will be sharing how to quiet the constant thoughts about food and challenge the inner (and outer) voices that make eating stressful, confusing, or guilt-filled through a Mindful Eating approach.

You’ll learn how food noise and the Food Police work together to keep you stuck in guilt, second-guessing, and constant decision fatigue around food.

You’ll be guided through mindful eating tools that help you:
👉️recognize when food noise is driving the choice
👉️challenge unhelpful thoughts without fighting yourself
👉️respond to guilt and shame with compassion
👉️create an inner voice that supports trust, autonomy, and freedom

You’ll leave with practical tools you can use immediately to quiet food noise and feel more confident, calm, and in control of your relationship with food.

Let me show you how to feel differently - and for food to feel a lot less stressful.

It's happening Tues Feb 3rd at 6pm EST.

I get this kind of comment a lot, so let's unpack it together.

This is what is called the "Food Police" - the internal thoughts (and external judgments) that tightly monitor what you eat.

And that believe that you are fat because you eat "bad food".

Restricting food and thinking about food in moral terms (good vs. bad, healthy vs. unhealthy, clean vs. junk) can lead to a lot of food noise and food obsession.

Because - it is not your fault. Your body isn't broken. It's not because you are fat or addicted to food.

Who benefits when you don't prioritize your self-care?

The patriarchy.

When you only exercise to make yourself smaller?

The patriarchy... And capitalism.

One of the reasons I want women to workout and heal their relationship with exercise?

Because I want you to feel strong.
I want you to feel powerful.
I want you to feel capable in your body.

So that you claim the space that is rightfully yours.
So you get to show up in your life and do the things you are dreaming of.

So you believe that you are worthy of having your voice be heard.

It's not about losing weight or being smaller.

It's about being the best version of ourselves and taking care of our bodies - because they are pretty damn badass.

Want to learn how to write your own rules when it comes to fitness?

Join me tomorrow for my Heal Your Relationship with Exercise workshop. January 27th from 5-7pm. Comment HEAL2 below to get the link and I'll DM you more info. 💪

The Loyobo FIT Way of Life

There are 8 rules that guide the Loyobo FIT way of life and are reflected in everything that we do. They represent our values and ethics, but also our promise to you - our members and fitness family.

We want to do fitness differently. Here's how.

#1. We believe strength comes in all shapes & sizes.

There is no "one-size-fits-all" path to health and fitness. There is no perfect body archetype that we aim to follow. We focus on body positivity and helping you use fitness as a foundation for loving your body.
