Fun Fearless Females Empowering women of ALL abilities to live happy, healthy lives! Welcome to Fun Fearless Females!

In case we haven't met yet, "Hi!", my name is Lori and I am the owner and founder of Fun Fearless Females (FFF). We have FUN, we try new things (be FEARLESS) AND it's a welcoming space where all FEMALES can belong. My mission is to support as many people as possible in leading happy and healthy lives, while specializing in supporting those with developmental disabilities (which I have been doing since 2011). Through our various 1:1 Support Services, Group Programs, Summer Excursions and Retreats I look forward to helping you learn new skills, discover new interests, meet new people and realize your potential while challenging societal norms.

Here's an overview of what we have planned this month:

👉STRETCH & UNWIND - Hosted weekly on Zoom Tuesdays from 10 - 10:45am.
A gentle stretch class with breathing exercises and meditations. All bodies are welcome (no previous experience required).

👉TALK IT OUT - Hosted weekly on Zoom Tuesdays 4:15pm - 5:00pm.
Learn strategies to manage your emotions, stress and anxiety while prioritizing caring for yourself. Females 16yrs+ are welcome.

👉MOVE & GROOVE - Hosted weekly on Zoom Wednesday 4:15pm - 5pm.
Let’s move & groove together! You can follow Lori as she leads with easy choreography. We invite you to move your body however you like - seated, standing, walking, dancing - along to upbeat music. Females of all ages are welcome.

👉TEEN GIRLS NIGHTS - Hosted 2x/month on Tuesdays from 6:00 - 7:30/8:00pm.
Have some fun, try something new and make new friends. Females 13-18yrs are welcome.
This month features Arcade Games and Starbucks & Mall.

👉LADIES NIGHTS - Hosted weekly on thursdays from 6:00 - 8:00pm.
Have some fun, try something new and make new friends. Females 18yrs+ are welcome.
This month features Dinner Social, Pottery Painting, and Puzzle Party.

Galentine's Night!!!

Our annual celebration of friendship and everything Fun Fearless Females❤

Tonight we played some "get to know you" games, painted our nails, did face masks, made friendship bracelets, took selfies with fun props and enjoyed lots of decadent treats!

Galentine's Night at was well enjoyed by the Teens tonight!

It's a new spot in Guelph and we highly recommend checking it out. The staff are lovely and very helpful - exceptional hosts for our group tonight! Plus the desserts are excellent😋🏆🥇🍨🎂

Our only rule is that everyone wins a prize... Or maybe 2 🤗
