Sprouting. Have you tried it? 🌱
Sprouts are the most nourishing and alive foods we can eat. Once sprouted they have the largest amount of nutrients of any food. That’s not all, they improve digestion and nutrient absorption, they are great for the immune system because they are full of antioxidants, they taste delicious, are inexpensive and easy to grow! 🌱
We like to add ours to sandwiches, smoothies, homemade dips, on top of salads or just on their own.
