Maddie Elysse

Maddie Elysse I help powerful women come back into their bodies, honour their true capacity, and show up steady and strong in their real lives.

My work blends nervous system science, somatic practice, intuitive development, and grounded spiritual leadership. Self-Trust Mentor ~ Somatic Guide

I am on a mission to spread a culture of self-responsibility. My path wove through yoga, meditation, energy work, and somatics — and what I learned is this: Awareness doesn’t change you, Embodiment does. Today, I help powerful women come back into their bodies, honour their true capacity, and show up steady and strong in their real lives. I believe in breath before reaction, intentionality, and emotional honesty. I look for the beauty in simple things, and opportunities to rise together — not through force, but through presence and exchange. I love nature, coffee, quiet mornings, soulful conversation, and spaces where women get to be powerful without performing. I'm so glad you're here and I look forward to practicing together.

The Pattern You Keep Calling “Confusion” 👇

Let’s be honest for a second.

Most women who say they’re confused aren’t confused at all. They’re avoiding the moment they have to choose.

You already know what you want.
You already know what’s pulling at you.
You already know the step you’ve been circling.

The problem isn’t clarity.
The problem is your fear is louder than your follow-through.

And I say that from lived experience - not hierarchy.

I know what it’s like to pace around a decision hoping the universe sends a sign, hoping I get a surge of confidence, a perfectly regulated nervous system, or the “right” moment.

But the truth is boring:
The moment is already here.
You’re not confused — you’re negotiating with your fear.

Here’s the pattern:

want → doubt → wait → spiral → restart

And you call it confusion because it feels safer than admitting you’re stalling.

This isn’t about pressure.
This is about honesty.

If you’re done pretending you need more signs, more readiness, more thinking, more processing — then you already know your next step.

This isn’t about being ready.
It’s about being willing.

Call it what it is.
And then lead yourself through it.

For years, I could only access expansion in the room.

Yoga classes opened me.

Retreats lit me up.

Energy sessions grounded me.

Travel made me feel new, free, limitless.

And every single time, I’d come home…

close the door…

and feel myself collapse back into the version of me I thought I’d outgrown.

I didn’t understand why.

How could I feel so powerful there

and so stuck here?

I always assumed the expansion wasn’t real.

But that wasn’t true.

The truth was this:

I hadn’t learned how to hold expansion in my own body.

I could FEEL it.

But I couldn’t SUSTAIN it.

Because I hadn’t done the two things embodiment actually requires:

1. Letting go of the things that contradicted my expansion.
(The habits. The people. The reactions. The identity I was still loyal to. The old stories that didn’t match who I said I wanted to be.)

2. Feeling safe enough in my own body to stay.

It was easier to show up for others than myself.
Easier to stay present in a room than alone.
Easier to leave the moment discomfort hit than breathe through it.

I thought I was “blocked.”

I wasn’t.

I just didn’t feel safe enough to stay with myself through the wobble.

My body didn’t trust I could hold it without the room.

What no one tells you is this:

Proximity can activate you.
But embodiment is what allows you to keep what proximity gives you.

And that’s the difference most women never learn.

This is why I created Safe & Wild.

It’s the space where:
- you get the co-regulation and the capacity
- you rise in the room and learn to hold it outside the room
- you stop collapsing back into the version you outgrew
- you remove what contradicts your expansion
- you feel safe enough to stay with yourself, not just when it’s easy — but especially when it’s not

This is the work I had to learn the hard way.

And it’s the work I’m sharing now — in real time, with women who are done cycling through temporary expansion.

Price rises December 9.

Doors Close January 1.

There are two types of women in Safe & Wild…

1 — The woman who is powerful but inconsistent.

She knows what she wants. She knows exactly what needs to change.
But she’s stuck in the loop: one step forward, two steps back.

Confidence → doubt → collapse → restart.

Safe & Wild gives her the accountability + nervous system support she needs to finally stop leaving herself.

2 — The woman who used to know herself but feels lost as hell right now.

She can’t hear her internal yes/no anymore.
Anxiety is showing up in new ways.
Simple decisions feel heavy.
She knows she can change her life — she just can’t access her truth long enough to act on it.

Safe & Wild helps her feel safe in her body again so her clarity can finally return.

You don’t need more information.
You need a place where you stop abandoning yourself.

Safe & Wild is where you build that — not through hype, not through perfection, but through somatic practice, honest self-leadership, and learning to stay with yourself when it’s easier to run.

This room helps you:
– regulate before you react
– hear your truth again
– follow through on what you say you want
– break the “almost” loop
– stop disappearing when it gets uncomfortable
– rebuild trust with your body
– return to yourself faster
– hold your standards without collapsing

How we do it?

Regulate → Reveal → Recommit → Repeat.

That’s the rhythm. That’s the work.
This isn’t a program.
It’s your new baseline.

If your body knows it’s time to stop negotiating with yourself — DM “WILD” and I’ll get you inside.

Doors are open. If your body already knows this is your room, move now — the price rises in 9 days.

LFG 🔥

Evolving is all about setting a new baseline and then meeting it daily to reinforce that self-trust!!

Obsessed with balanced self-responsibility - I’ve realized this means also practicing compassion for my process and letting go of my timeline (ironically things happen faster when I give up the pressure of how long something is taking).

I held myself back from business because my ego kept telling me “You’re not far enough ahead”.

Now? That’s the very reason I’m doing it.
Because this isn’t a hierarchy.
It’s not about being above anyone.
It’s about leading myself so deeply and honestly that you can feel what’s possible for you too.

This is a collective.

A culture of self-responsibility.

Side by side.

Same room.

Same work.

Same self-responsibility.

Different stories, same truth.

Where I’m vs where you’re at at means f*ck all.
How we lead ourselves through is EVERYTHING and if this is speaking to you, then I want you with me.

Are you willing to lead yourself?

Are you willing to rise?

Are you willing to choose differently?

If yes - then it's time to join the room.
Claim your seat, it's gonna be Safe & Wild.

They said embodiment is the key —
but the “how” is rarely talked about.
I've realized embodiment isn’t a technique…

it’s a relationship.

A relationship with my breath.
My truth.
My capacity.
My reactions.
My nervous system.

Inside the membership, we don't force breakthroughs.

We build capacity (to let go).
We regulate (to take action).
We return to ourselves. Again and again.

Until consistency becomes natural and self-trust becomes your baseline.

DM for your seat in this room - the only promise is you won't come out the same version you entered with.

My imperfections don't make me any less capable of curating a space and leading women or MYSELF.

There are two types of women entering this room with me. 👇

1. Toeing the edge of who they want to be. Fully aware of what they want to do and how they can do it but keep struggling between doubting themself and trusting themself. One step forward, two steps back.

This membership is going to give you the accountability needed to stop leaving yourself and step fully into the potential you see for yourself.

2. Used to know themself and now, they woke up completely lost and uncertain. Probably feeling stuck as F*CK. Fully aware they CAN change things, but uncertain how. Indecisive with simple things and anxiety started showing up in new ways. Struggling between being a victim to their own choices and feeling at peace with their circumstances. Exhausted of looking outside of themself for answers but can't hear their internal ones.

This membership is going to help you soothe your nervous system and remember how to feel safe in your own body so you can hear yourself again.

Which woman are you?

If you own it in the comments, I have something extremely supportive and grounding, exclusively for you - no sales, just a woman, supporting another woman.

Love,
Maddie

I drink alcohol. And it doesn’t make me any less capable of leading women.

Sometimes more than I planned.
Sometimes a glass of red wine while I cook.
Sometimes a joint.
Sometimes mushrooms with intentional settings.
Sometimes I stay up too late on my phone.
Sometimes I sleep in.

I know what it’s like to have a stressful day and pour a glass of wine and have chips + olives + cheese for dinner. So if you're looking for someone who lives off green juice and moonlight - it's not me!

I’m a human being…not a performance.

And I think this is why I never felt at home in the wellness space. Because I’m not here to be pure, perfect, or polished.

I’m here to be honest, embodied, and responsible.

What I consume doesn’t dictate my integrity.

How I own my choices does.

How I meet myself in the moments I want to hide.

How I return to myself when I drift.

How I stay with myself when I want to run.

And honestly, some days I have my "perfect day" but when I don't, I have learned what compromise looks like FOR ME...
When I'm stressed out - I might go for glass of wine but I'll draw a bath.
When I overwork and lose track of time - I'll shorten my workout...not skip it all together.
When I feel overwhelmed - I choose to stop, take a few breaths, and ask myself yes/no questions.

This is embodiment.
Not performance.
Not purity.
Not pretending.

If you’ve ever felt like you “don’t belong” in the wellness world because you're "too human" — you belong with me.

I lead from my humanity, not from pretending to be above it.
