The Pattern You Keep Calling “Confusion” 👇
Let’s be honest for a second.
Most women who say they’re confused aren’t confused at all. They’re avoiding the moment they have to choose.
You already know what you want.
You already know what’s pulling at you.
You already know the step you’ve been circling.
The problem isn’t clarity.
The problem is your fear is louder than your follow-through.
And I say that from lived experience - not hierarchy.
I know what it’s like to pace around a decision hoping the universe sends a sign, hoping I get a surge of confidence, a perfectly regulated nervous system, or the “right” moment.
But the truth is boring:
The moment is already here.
You’re not confused — you’re negotiating with your fear.
Here’s the pattern:
want → doubt → wait → spiral → restart
And you call it confusion because it feels safer than admitting you’re stalling.
This isn’t about pressure.
This is about honesty.
If you’re done pretending you need more signs, more readiness, more thinking, more processing — then you already know your next step.
This isn’t about being ready.
It’s about being willing.
Call it what it is.
And then lead yourself through it.
