Hello Sunshine Coast Community! Prana Sauna is now parked at the Sechelt Pier from now until the end of April. We are so excited to be bringing more sauna culture to those who appreciate prioritizing wellness, connection, community and nature, and I’d love to hear what days and times work best for your schedule!

We will be offering a variety of themed sessions such as a silent sauna, women and men’s nights, and so much more! We are open to collaborating with other wellness professionals who desire to share their gifts alongside a sauna for a special event.

Please reach out with your thoughts on the schedule! We’d love to be open 7 days a week if there’s a desire for it. Your input is much appreciated. Thanks for helping make the Sunshine Coast come more alive in these cool winter months. 🔥🌊✨

Seaside Sauna Sessions are live from the Sechelt Pier, starting February 5th. We are so thrilled to be starting this new chapter in our sauna journey, and we want you to join us to celebrate!
