😄Positive Emotions like Joy, happiness and love are thought to enhance circulation to Move Blood and Qi.

😬Where the more negative ones frustration, depression and sadness are believed to reduce flow and create stagnation.

We can see this in the way that we behave when faced with these feelings. More active and engaged with the World vs. withdrawn and kept to ourselves.
