This came across my desk today, Dartmouth Metals now has a scrap metal policy regarding items that could result in a potential fire.

All medium / large recycle facilities in North America are implementing this standard due to fires that have occurred as of late.

Fines are $250 per item for first offence and $500 per item for second offence.
