Did you know that strong inner thighs are a key muscle group to having a strong & stable core?

They help to stabilize your hips and support proper alignment of your hips & legs, making them also and important muscle group to train for good balance.

Todayโ€™s class was a leg workout with a focus on exercises that target the ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐˜€๐Ÿ”ฅ

40sec work, 15sec rest x 3 sets total:
- Single leg side lunge slides (right leg)
- Single leg side lunge slides (right leg)
- Sumo deadlift to sumo stiff leg deadlift
- Wall sit with Pilates ball squeezes

Notes:
- Side lunge slides: You can use workout sliders if you own them. Iโ€™m using a towel to slide over my mat. A towel will work great if you have a wood or tile floor. If you have carpet, try using a plastic plate or furniture sliders! If you find this move too hard try regular side lunges instead.
- Wall sit: you can use a pillow or stuffed toy if you donโ€™t have a Pilates ball.

I think what took me so long to get my new site out there was to accept that what Iโ€™m doing now is very different than where I had envisioned my business would go pre-kids.

In my early-mid 20s I developed a deep passion for holistic nutrition and thought I may one day only solely offer nutrition coaching, but once I had babies I could no longer spend hours on the computer making nutrition plans so I leaned back on my strongest skill - fitness training.

From in-person classes, 1-1 training, to bootcamps, I have trained clients all ways. But 3 years ago when the pandemic hit I made the transition to running virtual fitness classes. It was the right move for me and I truly love it for so many reasons!

With my website finally complete, Iโ€™m excited to continue to grow my business and improve my clients experience. I currently offer live classes 3 mornings per week (9am AST M/W/F) and have an ever-growing On Demand library with 300+ classes.
