There is No Charge for the Clinic and Non-members are most welcome. This introductory event will train you to Nordic Walk properly for the best possible enjoyment and benefit. We will supply the poles -- all you need is sneakers and adequate dress according to the weather. The free Nordic pole walking beginners session will be held in the new year

Nordic Pole Walking can help you lose weight!

In a 2004 scientific study by Heikkila et al, 13 overweight individuals between the ages of 33-54 Nordic Pole Walked regularly for 4 months. The results showed that participants:

✅ Lost weight (-5kg on average)
