☀️Hello Lakefield☀️ Let us introduce Lauren Hudson, RMT☀️ Lauren is an exceptional RMT who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the clinic. We are thrilled to have her back at Century Health after her year away ~ taking her advanced Equine Massage training in Alberta! More to come on her Equine MT offerings in our area. She will start her clinic schedule w available appointments in early April 2025.
Lauren’s bio: Lauren has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2022. She has experienced working with injuries involving chronic pain, repetitive muscle strain and ongoing headache conditions. Lauren uses relaxation and deep tissue massage to alleviate muscular pain and tension. Every appointment will include an individual assessment in order to develop the best massage therapy treatment.
Lauren is an equine athlete as well as a Certified Equine Massage Therapist, who understands the ergonomics of sport and addresses each client with a personalized approach. She encourages a healthy lifestyle with her clients by promoting time in nature and regular massage therapy to reduce stress and tension☀️
