Gua Sha Facial Massage

Beginning with a brief back massage, this treatment focuses on the face, head, neck and shoulders. Facial Gua Sha is used to promote lymph drainage and ease fascial restrictions. This can have a lifting effect to the face and neck. Using a mix of hydrotherapy, stones, and gua sha, this treatmentent Is the ultimate self care!

Today I am celebrating ONE YEAR at 🎉🎉 and ONE YEAR of taking a HUGE business step and growing my little practice into something dreams are made of!

I couldn’t have done this without all of you and I am so grateful for my amazing clientele, colleagues, and friends who have supported me along the way!

C U P P I N G
I love cupping. I truly do. I love the connection to eastern medicine, to traditions and cultures. I love the connection to an ancient practice. I love that cupping spans many forms of body care. I love the intricacies of the fascial connection. I love the decompression of tissues and the results. I even love the funky markings!

💥GUA SHA💥

Gua Sha is a form of IASTM and traditionally practiced in TCM and other eastern medicines. Today we use to work adhesions, scar tissue, fascia, promote down regulation or up regulation in tissues, and much more!

It’s one of my absolute favourite ways to treat plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel, and tendinitis!

As Nova Scotia prepares to enter Stage 5 of reopening, I wanted to give you all an update about my massage practice.

What’s changing? Long story short, NOTHING. My current covid protocols (Masks, sanitizing, screening, air purifier, etc) will remain the same in my treatment room.

Covid policies for will also remain the same.

I firmly believe in trying to create the safest place possible for all my clients to receive their care. I take great pride in this for my practice. I feel my current covid policies help to keep all my folks, including the most vulnerable, as safe as possible.

Thank you all for remaining diligent and cooperating for the past 18 months 💕I am very grateful to have a practice filled with the absolute best clients out there✌️!
