SUNDAYZE ✨ today I spent 2 hours climbing a mountain with olly polly, and made a wish at the wishing well ❤️‍🔥🩵Then made a farmers breakfast, binge watched the walking dead, napped, gymmed, did homework while cheering on the bills 💙 and ended the night stimulating my tired ass brain to checkers 🏁 overall I thank Mother Nature for today 🫶🏾

Another hike bites the dust 🛤️ thank you god for the green earth 🌍 every walk I become more and more connected with myself my mind shuts and instincts kick in. With fall approaching the trees and leaves are absolutely beautiful, as I watch the leaves fall and change I am reminded how change is beautiful and apart of a cycle so much bigger than ourselves!

Ironic isn't it??
But it's so true our brain is so powerful so complex and constantly moving !!
It is important to stay grounded and remind yourself that you are living completely through your lens.
Once you come to this realization life becomes so simple✨✨
Remember nothing is personal it is all just reflections and projection from our own minds!
