Thanks for the shiny new website 🌟⁣

Excited to announce I’m now setup for virtual practice after my Bedford location permanently closed this summer due to the uncertainty and upheaval from the pandemic. ⁣

Making the most of these unexpected changes and leveraging technology to expand accessibility to patients throughout Nova Scotia 🙌⁣

Appointments are done via secure video on any computer or mobile device, with an online portal for accessing treatment plans, lab results, and appointment booking 💻 ⁣

Functional medicine tests, including food sensitivity tests, urine hormone testing, SIBO testing, and other kits can be shipped to patients or picked up at local clinics. ⁣

While it isn’t what I had planned at the start of the year, I’m excited for the changes and being able to offer a travel and hassle-free way to access naturopathic care. ⁣

Important information for new and returning patients

The pandemic has brought many changes, including shifts to my practice. Unfortunately, my physical clinic location in Bedford was not immune to the uncertainty and upheaval of the pandemic and will not be reopening.

Being able to provide and expand virtual care has been a silver lining and allows me to continue care via secure video platform, while referring to other health care providers for in person treatment and assessment as needed.

Virtual appointments means patients can access naturopathic care without needing to worry about travel and taking as much time away from work and family to attend appointments or be limited based on location - I can now see patients throughout Nova Scotia and across Atlantic Canada.

Professional line supplements can be ordered by prescription from a secure patient-only access website and are shipped directly to your home or office. Functional medicine test kits, including food sensitivity tests, urine hormone testing, SIBO tests, and other testing can be mailed to your home or arranged to be picked up from naturopathic clinics in HRM.

Please call (902) 417-2007 to reach reception or you can book & edit your appointments through the online booking program (https://drtaralantz.janeapp.com/) or my website, drtaralantz.ca.

For those seeking bodywork appointments, please add yourself to the waitlist by calling reception or through the online booking program and you will be contacted when I resume in-person appointments. I can also provide referrals to other bodywork professionals to seek care in the meantime.

Live your daily life with ease, passion, & purpose.

My role as your Naturopathic Doctor is to investigate barriers or obstacles to health – be that a genetic concern, an infection, a hormonal or biochemical imbalance, a habitually destructive lifestyle or dietary habit, or something as objectively simple as “stress” – and work with you to correct that imbalance and teach healthy choices for living well into your own age.
