Friday… actually the first Friday of Fall!
The leaves are beginning to change to their gorgeous autumn colours, the smell of nature is truly unique, and the temperatures are perfect to be outside!
Why am I saying this? Practicing a mindful activity outside when it’s not too hot and not too cold is just perfect for our well being. All you really need is a light jacket and a great book, and you’re totally set to spend all day outdoors with a great inspirational book. It’s the tools you need to continue on this journey of becoming one with nature, of reducing stress, of improving your mental health and quality of life. Hope you can find the time to enjoy this outdoors activity as much as I do. God bless!
