They have all been spayed/neutered, microchipped and are up to date on their vaccines.

Missing you a little more this year.

Losing my dad 29 years ago I wasn’t quite 16 was the saddest time of my life by far.

Fast forward 29 years.
The heartache still exists.
It’s fleeting but I think the last year and a half has forced me to slow down and really think about all you’ve missed .
I miss your love your time your toughness your real look through the lens of life.
Some Dads... have a way of cutting through the clouds and the clutter.
Stealing your awe and your wonder.
Thinking of my dad and all those missing theirs whether near or far.

I didn’t always get it right ...
But seeing my first born graduate university is a love and a pride beyond measure.
You have blossomed into way more than I could have dreamed of.
As a single mom I remember thinking what will she become .
As you grew and learned what this big world could offer beyond a text book and diploma. A steadfast volunteer, humanitarian, caring , super funny daughter , sibling and friend to many.
Love you my sunshine ☀️.

What is the definition of blossom?

To know your own strength and weaknesses.
To show strength in times of trouble.
To protect your heart your mind and your soul when you know and feel you need it.
To blossom and grow through old patterns of behaviour to stabilize those patterns and say not today old friend not today.
Celebrate your personal victories publicly yes ...but mostly privately.
Share it with others who need it.
This is how you grow and blossom to levels unimaginable where you almost float when you walk.
