Our incredible Office Manager at ALTA!

Stacy is an integral part of our clinic and often the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through our doors! Her calm presence, attention to detail, and genuine care help ensure every patient feels supported from day one! 🙏🏻

She is a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, with a strong foundation in holistic wellness, and brings a thoughtful, whole-person approach to everything she does.

With a background as a law clerk, Stacy has an exceptional eye for detail and organization, qualities that keep our clinic running smoothly behind the scenes.👍🏻

Outside of ALTA, she’s an avid historical-fiction reader, a dedicated gardener who finds joy in time outdoors, and a proud basketball mom to two girls, always ready to step out of her quiet nature to cheer them on from the sidelines 🏀🌿

We are incredibly thankful for Stacy and the care, professionalism, and heart she brings to ALTA every day!

🎄 We had such a wonderful time at our annual Christmas staff dinner! A few of our team couldn’t make it, but we’re so thankful for everyone — our Chiro, physio & massage therapist, and amazing patient care coordinators who keep everything running smoothly every day. 🙌 Our littlest team member made it out (even though it was way past her bedtime! 😅)

Don’t forget to use your extended health benefits before they expire at the end of the month! Our Chiro is available for adjustments, physio & massage appointments this week, and our team will make sure you’re taken care of before the holidays. 🎁

We had such a great time at recently hosting our Pelvic Floor/Core, Pregnancy & Postpartum Workshop for their awesome members (and moms!) ♥️💙🤍

Dr. Taryn (Chiro) and Karli (Physio) broke down everything our F45 moms need to know—from how the pelvic floor supports you through pregnancy + postpartum, to why F45 is safe and modifiable during every stage! They also talked about the benefits of pelvic floor physiotherapy and prenatal/postpartum chiropractic care.

We also walked through a structured, step-by-step plan for returning to F45 with confidence so you can stay strong, avoid future complications, and feel your absolute best.
