I originally wanted to make this announcement outside but, Mother nature had other plans!! I committed myself to doing this a year ago by chance. Now, I'm doing it because it's RIGHT, IT'S REAL and I will be better at it this time around!! It's official!! The Unbreakable walk is BACK!! What do I mean you ask? If you were aware of what I was doing around this time last year to help Caregivers then you know what this is all about. If NOT.... Then you might want to watch the video!! Happy National Caregivers Day!! An important Message that should be heard NOT just today but, EVERYDAY!! These individuals be it Family or Frontline worker go through obstacles and challenges on daily basis while caring for our loved ones!! For this and numerous other responsibilities you do. So among the random things that happened over the past month or so....I've been kinesised or is it kinesisoed?? Lol!! Anyways, For the first time EVER!! I had to use kinesiology tape. Reagrivated my shoulder injury from a while back. I've been working with a great Chiropractor @ Avenue chrio and rehab in town. She's been helping me get through this and issues I've had physically getting through my days. I really do appreciate all the efforts being done to help me function better. Thank you!!

This past week we honored and celebrated the life of her majesty Queen Elizabeth II. I would like to take a moment to honor a Queen a little closer to home. My Mother recently celebrated her Birthday. I'm grateful and thankful to my Mother. Mom, Thank you for being the Caring, Dedicated, Loving person you've always been even NOW!! I LOVE YOU!!! Happy Birthday Mom!!

A message I've been trying to convey for weeks but, have been putting it off. It HURTS a lot trying to live in this new reality. It HURTS even more when a piece of you is MISSING. You know it's out of your control but, the PAIN is still there. You can't run or hide from it. You have to face it and move forward anyway. It doesn't mean you forget about it. It means it always be with you but, you can't let it destroy YOU. It's NOT easy to do I know. I feel I'm getting better with this everyday. Going through transition and changing your life is NOT easy but, It's what I MUST do to move forward and live my BEST life. I'm NOT the same person I was 2yrs or even 6yrs ago. My story may still be unwritten whether it be for better or worse I don't know yet!! I feel this is the path I must go right NOW. I ask that you be patient, supportive, and encouraging as some of you have ( I do appreciate it!! ) I will do my BEST to move forward from this moment because I want to, My Mother would want me to and........I NEED to!! To make everyday an UNBREAKABLE day in my life because IT'S up to ME to MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!

Day #21. FINALLY!!!.... After weeks of detoxing, eating better and workouts day in and day out. The Unbreakable Challenge has reached its FINAL destination!! I've been through this before and may have to go through again. I do feel a sense of accomplishment. I said I was going to do something and I did it!! I finished feeling a LOT better for it. Considering what we're ALL still dealing with right now!!! I'm proud of what I done. I know there's still work to do, challenges to overcome. I will do them. If for anyone else, For myself. An update to come soon.
