Week #4 is about sports and the various pick up sports that you can play on campus! This is a great opportunity to hang out with friends or meet new people while getting your heart rate up.

Also, make sure to check out the McMaster Recreation app for all the details about when there are open gyms for sports, when various fitness classes are, and more! It is a great way to plan your day in advance so you don't end up missing out on your favourite activities!

Just in time for the nice weather outside- we’re kicking off our 7 weeks of fitness challenge. For the next 7-weeks our EIM team will spend a week focusing on a different approaches to getting (and staying) physically active in our busy day to day lives.
