🌱 Why I keep my tincture blends simple 🌱

In my herbal practice, I intentionally use only 3–4 herbs per tincture blend — max. This isn’t about limitation… it’s about strength, synergy, and respect for the plants.

Each herb has its own voice, its own intelligence, and its own way of working in the body. When too many herbs are combined, they begin to compete for extraction, diluting one another rather than working together. The result? A tincture that’s broader in name, but weaker in action.

By keeping blends focused:
✨ Each herb extracts fully
✨ The body can recognize and utilize the plants more clearly
✨ Synergy is intentional, not chaotic
✨ The medicine remains potent and purposeful

More herbs doesn’t mean more healing.
Right herbs, in the right amounts, do.

This is why every tincture I make is crafted slowly, in small batches, with clarity and care — letting the plants do what they do best 🌿
