💠 Moisturize dry skin daily
💠 Check your skin daily
💠 Eat well and stay hydrated
💠 Most important! Change positions frequently when sitting and lying so pressure is removed from the areas most at risk (over bony spots such as ankles, hips, tailbone, spine). Take the pressure off!
