Since 2013, a dedicated team of professional volunteers work to create resources and events that align with our belief in the value of physical literacy and its benefits for all individuals. Also supporting CS4L and Teaching Games for Understanding.

With over 18 years of experience promoting physical activity, Natalie is a passionate advocate for lifelong movement and health through physical literacy. She leads Active Sudbury, a cross-sector initiative powered by Sport for Life’s PL4C, advancing physical literacy as a pathway to healthier, more active communities. 🏃‍♀️💫

Through her workshops (in both English & French 🇨🇦), Natalie shares how collaboration across health, education, recreation, and sport can inspire confidence, connection, and movement for all.
