Through intention-setting, intuitive painting, and sound, you release what no longer belongs in your body or your life. And yes, if needed, there’s a ceremonial burn, because sometimes closure needs a little fire to prove it's gone up in smoke. I have burned a painting or two, I got it out of my mind onto paper, and then set that image free.
