Why Strength Training Matters More Than Ever for Women 40+
As we move through our 40s and beyond, our bodies change — muscle mass naturally declines, metabolism slows, and joint health becomes more important than ever. That’s why consistent strength training is one of the most powerful tools for maintaining energy, confidence, and overall health.
That said, our classes welcome women of all ages (18+) — because learning how to train properly benefits everyone.
You don’t need fancy gym equipment to see results. Our workouts use dumbbells, bands, bodyweight, and functional movements designed to help you:
• Build and maintain muscle
• Improve bone density
• Support fat loss
• Move better and feel stronger
• Train safely and sustainably
And just as important — you’ll be training in a supportive, encouraging community where all fitness levels are welcome and modifications are always offered.

• Monday & Wednesday – 6:30 PM
• Saturday – 9:00 AM
Class Focus:
• Monday – Lower Body HIIT
• Wednesday – Upper Body Strength
• Saturday – Full Body Strength
Investment:
• $216 – 3 classes/week
