We’re excited to welcome back our familiar faces and meet some new ones too. This next session is going to be a great one!

Spring is around the corner, and our next 6-week Group Fitness session starts this Monday, March 9.

If you’ve been thinking about getting back into a routine, building strength, supporting fat loss, and moving your body consistently, this is a great time to start.

Our classes are 45 minutes and designed for all fitness levels, with modifications always available. You'll also be training in a supportive and welcoming community.

Session Dates: March 9 – April 18

Class Schedule (45 minutes):
Monday – 6:30 PM (Lower Body HIIT)
Wednesday – 6:30 PM (Upper Body Strength)
Saturday – 9:00 AM (Full Body Strength)

Investment:
$216 – 3 classes per week
$144 – 2 classes per week
$15 – Drop-in

Classes are held at Harrow United Church.

Why Strength Training Matters More Than Ever for Women 40+

As we move through our 40s and beyond, our bodies change — muscle mass naturally declines, metabolism slows, and joint health becomes more important than ever. That’s why consistent strength training is one of the most powerful tools for maintaining energy, confidence, and overall health.

That said, our classes welcome women of all ages (18+) — because learning how to train properly benefits everyone.

You don’t need fancy gym equipment to see results. Our workouts use dumbbells, bands, bodyweight, and functional movements designed to help you:
• Build and maintain muscle
• Improve bone density
• Support fat loss
• Move better and feel stronger
• Train safely and sustainably

And just as important — you’ll be training in a supportive, encouraging community where all fitness levels are welcome and modifications are always offered.
