Last Month, we celebrated 15 years in business! Supporting those in our community who otherwise may not be able to travel to a dental office. 🦷🪥🩺 In April, it was exciting that nursing homes stopped the Covid testing that was mandatory prior to visiting!!!

I love 💕 my profession. I give back without needing the world to know, I spend extra time with our home bound seniors . I’m sorry for not sharing on social media. I have the most amazing clients, I am so very grateful and appreciate each and everyone of you. Thank you so much for your support!

Helping our seniors since 2008 🦷🪥🦷
Mobile dental hygiene care makes it possible for homebound people to achieve a healthier mouth for improved quality of life. I work most weekends but I love dentistry. It’s challenging working mobile at times but I’ve earned the skills to be called a Geriatric RDH. Dementia, Parkinson’s, ALS, MS, Alzheimer’s disease - I specialize in working with people who need me the most. I obtain the necessary skills to provide care when caregivers struggle to even brush one’s teeth. I’m here to support and educate others. Retirement homes, nursing homes, ones’ own home.
I travel anywhere I’m needed in Muskoka.
I provide care along wheelchair or bedside, I do whatever it takes to provide comfortable care for my clients.I support our elderly and bring peace of mind to families. I don’t share on social media much. I get caught up in the moment with my clients. I’m just so happy to help others in our community. Free dental care for those in need of course and my regular reduced rates. Without my service many could not have dental care at all.
Just smiling from my soul today. I’m out on this beautiful sunny Saturday, helping others.

This is a picture I took of a denture covered in hard tartar before I cleaned it. I took this photo a few years ago while working at a nursing home. Yesterday, was a great day at one of the local homes. I was thrilled to get back providing oral-dental education sessions to the PSW’s who work there. 🪥🦷🪥 They are a wonderful group of people who need support and help managing the residents’ oral care. Oral health is vital to overall health. ⛑

I’m so grateful for my patients and their families.
These are some cards received for free dental care, helping those in long term care, homebound clients and people who are thrilled to visit me at my in home office. This past year has brought many challenges with the pandemic but I continue to survive with the support of our amazing clients. Increasing access to dental care and helping people in our community overcome challenges to receiving preventive dental care.

I’m back working in one of our local nursing homes!!! It has been almost a full year since I’ve worked in long term care. Today is a great day 🪥🦷 . I end this week by also receiving by Covid-19 Vaccine to protect my most precious elderly clients’ 💟

As patients age gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) becomes more common. A study confirmed that elderly patients have a high tolerance for GERD symptoms and are less likely to report symptoms that may indicate an underlying cardiopulmonary issue. Managing GERD may vary since younger patients present differently than the elderly.
