Each 90-minute session is structured with intention—beginning with breathwork, followed by a steady, grounded sequence of postures held long enough to truly feel their effect. The pace is unhurried, allowing the body to open gradually while the mind begins to settle.
This is a practice rooted in understanding, not performance. You are guided to experience yoga as a complete system—where movement, breath, and awareness work together to support both the physical body and the inner state.
