It really warms my heart to have five amazing people, who are all ready to shift to the Reiki Master vibration. As all Reiki teachers know, It is definitely an honour to share these teachings and attunements. What a way to move into 2026! Especially since in numerology, it is a 1 year which is all about new beginnings, new directions, even new identity. It’s going to be a beautiful few days!

Machu Picchu is on the bucket list of so many people. Personally, I don’t think it matters whether you walk the Inca Trail, or take the train to get there. For me it’s all about the magic of the energy of this amazing vortex. It’s important to simply stand in her energy and really feel all she has to offer.
Machu Picchu will provide you with challenges, deep connection and a sense of awe. Although climbing the stairs can be challenging, we were blessed to have Edgar present with his revitalizing bottle of Florida water. To be a witness to the miracle of how these huge stones were placed upon each other with exact precision, like unique puzzle pieces is truly something to be in awe of. We were blessed with exploring the circuit that included the Intihuatana Stone. It is located at the heart of Machu Picchu and is perfectly aligned with the sun during the equinox. With so many people there, it was a gift to have the time and space to simply stand and feel her palpable energy. When you visit Machu Picchu, make sure your eyes are wide open and you take in her mystical vibes and spiritual connections.

Peru's culture keeps bringing me back. I love seeing the traditional clothing and traditional ways. I have listened to these beautiful women share how they spin and naturally dye their alpaca wool, each time I am in Peru. I love hearing my friends questions and seeing the joy in their face, as we all learn something new. I had seen the salt mines from afar on past trips, but this year we went down and had a tour. A river of salt water flowing in from under the mountains, creating a livelihood for local people. We have so much to learn from getting out of our normal. We see through different eyes when we explore as a traveler rather than a tourist.

When I organize a group trip it is important to me to incorporate 3 specific experiences in each travel group. We always work with a Traditional Healer, give back to the community in some way and take in the local culture and ways of life. Most trips we visit an orphanage and bring both financial donations and requested items. My last three trips to Peru, we visited Azul Wasi orphanage. Alcides was a police officer who knew the only way to make a difference was to kick into action, and created a safe place for children who did not have one. We were honoured to help out financially, and provide the shoes that each child there needed. We left with full hearts and still feeling the energy of the very many hugs we all received.

I’m always in awe of the beautiful people who are willing to just follow me into the unknown. I’ve just came back from my 5th time exploring Peru, and learning more about her wise and shifting energy. Each trip offers up new experiences that impact me and those who come with me. I have been blessed to meet amazing Shaman/Guides each time I travel there. They all have their unique skills and wisdom to share. I wonder what draws me back each time, and how it is to impact each of us. But with so many new experiences, the refinement of who we are to become is not know in that moment. Each shift can offer up simply a new way of seeing things, a depth of awareness that is difficult to describe and to actually know. I will simply receive, accept and know that I am forever shifting, and changing with each new experience in every new moment.

This is such a beautiful time of year and we are especially blessed this year with beautiful colours and amazing temperatures. Take a moment to really reflect on all you are grateful for, and don’t forget to share that with others. We don’t do that enough! Happy Thanksgiving 🙏🏼💕

I am a person who has been placed on a path with, I think, the unique gift of making my passion my work. Each day that I offer my skills to my clients, I too receive. My life is fuller because of my work and the people I interact with.

I am a Holistic Health Practitioner who is keen to promote wellness in the full sense of the word. Healing and reconnecting on a spiritual, physical and emotional level creates a balance that is essential in life. I am honoured to offer my skills and gifts through hands-on Energy Healing modalities that I intuitively combine to create the best healing for your journey at this moment. The modalities I focus on are: Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Shamanic Healing, Akashic Consulting, and Ear Candling.

I am also excited to organize and guide personal development trips to Peru, Guatemala and Ecuador. These experiences focus on working with a traditional Shaman, creating and continuing friendships and support with orphanages, and exploring the magic of their culture.
