Did you eat enough fatty foods today? Yep you read me correctly!!

You need to consume healthy fats, called Essential Fatty Acids(EFAs), everyday to make your body work at its best.

Why ?
- To help balance your hormones
- To help the absorption of vitamins and minerals
- To Keep your skin,hair and nails healthy
- To maintain proper nerve functioning

What are EFA's?
Omega 3 and omega 6 that can only be found in food, your body can't manifacture them.

Which fatty foods should I eat?
- Nuts and seeds
- Avocado and olive
- Chia and flax seeds
- Fish
