This week, Jarrett, a psychology student at TRU, is sharing a simple but powerful tip: Create a consistent sleep schedule and stick to it.

Going to bed and waking up at the same time each day (yes, even on weekends!) can improve your mood, focus, energy levels, and overall wellbeing. Small routines can make a big difference.

Your mental health is connected to your physical health and sleep is a big part of that.
