Good read for all of my current couples in the Foundations Program and anyone in a relationship.

Insert your frustrations...maybe not a glass, perhaps your cell phone, workload, video gaming, drinking, friends, family...

How many times have you heard or not heard requests...then the request gets louder then you say she is overreacting or he is overreacting? I think a lot as I hear it daily from the Couples I work with.

It wasn’t a big deal to me when I was married. But it was a big deal to her.
