Be Flow Studio Book Club

Our book club is a gentle community space to explore nervous system healing, emotional patterns, and self-awareness through meaningful books and guided discussion.

We begin with Loving What Is by Byron Katie — a powerful introduction to questioning stressful thoughts and creating inner calm in everyday life.

What makes this different from a traditional book club?
You don’t need to finish the book.
You don’t need to share if you don’t want to.
You don’t need to be “good at personal growth.”

You simply come, listen, reflect, and learn tools you can use in real life.

You’ll experience:
• Guided reflection questions
• Nervous system awareness education
• Practical self-regulation skills
• Supportive community connection

Open to clients and community members.

Classical Mat Pilates is now officially on the schedule starting February 1, with new beginner & intermediate options added to support your body, strength, and alignment.
