One downside of living in Bali is how little you walk anywhere.

It’s so humid and they’re just not geared up for it. A pavement is rare. Everyone just zips about on scooters.

Fun fact: A 2017 Stanford Study found that Indonesia was the country with the lowest average number of daily steps.

Im now back in Australia for the next few weeks and I’ve been enjoying getting the steps in again.

In today’s world we are inundated with complex health trends. Yet going for a walk remains one of the highest returns on investment you can make in your own well-being.
