What This Journey Holds for You:
Level 1 Reiki Training: The First Degree (Shoden)
Open to all, including your loved ones and children (who can attend for free), Level 1 begins with personal healing and self-practice. It introduces the student to the basics of Reiki, including its history, principles, and the hand positions used during healing. Students receive an attunement from the Reiki Master, which opens their energy channels and allows them to channel Reiki energy. This level is primarily about learning how to purify the self, plus how to use Reiki on oneself, close friends, and family to promote healing and balance.
Key aspects include:
• Introduction to Reiki history and principles.
• Understanding energy flow and the chakra system.
• Hand positions for self-treatment.
• Meditation and grounding techniques.
• First attunement, which connects the student to Reiki energy.
• The potential to activate/accentuate spiritual gifts and or connect with spiritual guides/ ascended masters
Level 2 Reiki Training: The Second Degree (Okuden)
Level 2 deepens the student’s connection to Reiki and introduces the use of Reiki symbols for more focused healing. At this level, students learn distant healing techniques, allowing them to send Reiki across time and space. This level is ideal for those ready to share Reiki professionally and to connect more deeply with spiritual guides, gifts & practices.
Key aspects include:
• Introduction to three primary Reiki symbols: Power, Mental/Emotional, and Distance healing symbols.
• Learning how to perform distant healing.
• Strengthening intuitive abilities
• Second attunement to further open energy channels & increase spiritual gifts
• Practicing Reiki on others more formally.
Level 2 often marks the transition from self-healing to sharing healing energy with the wider community.
Meet Your Reiki Master: Vidya Devi (AJ)
Vidya Devi carries many lifetimes of wisdom. She is a mystic, a seer, and a seeker of deeper spiritual truths, interwoven with her role in this lifetime as a teacher of ancient yogic wisdom and as a buddhist practitioner, all of which guides her journey toward inner peace, compassion, and profound understanding. Having transcended an immeasurable amount of deep traumatic wounds, she has dedicated her life to exploring the nature of suffering and the transformative light that exists beyond it.
Whether through teachings, actions, or sacred spaces, Vidya’s mission is to spark light where there is darkness, speak truth where it is needed, and hold conscious space for the deep voyages that lead to spiritual awakening. She is a witness, a guide, and a fellow traveler here to lead the way for those who seek liberation, empowering them to rediscover their innate divine light and step fully into their truth.
