My passion is to support your well-being, through Alternative Healthcare with BodyTalk, Reiki & Holistic Nutrition. BodyTalk is a gentle Healthcare System, that helps your body communicate through techniques & tapping to bring balance & overall wellness to your physical, emotional & spiritual health. BodyTalk is an effective, consciousness therapy, that includes your personal story and is based on Quantum Physics & the Dynamic Systems Model (that all body parts are connected). BodyTalk started in Australia over 30 years ago and is present in over 50 Countries.
Reiki is a sacred form of energy medicine that calms the Body, Mind & Spirit. Reiki is a peaceful spa-like experience, bringing relaxation & rejuvenation.
Holistic Nutrition brings you through an Assessment process & provides support to help bring balance to your life, through diet, lifestyle & pyscho-spiritual recommendations.
