Each session begins over a cup of herbal tea (or warm lemon water if you prefer). Tea during a session is like a little ceremony to me. It creates a sense of calm and allows the nervous system to come to a state of rest. This means that when you get on the table or when we begin your guidance session (which you can record btw) you are more likely to be open not only the energies but also slows the thoughts in the mind and allows you to drift more easily.
