Honestly you've probably heard it from a loved one too.
It's true. Saying "when things slow down I will take a break" is the key that opens the door to the cosmic 2x4. The moment where the body says no more.

Taking time NOW is crucial. We are headed into the winter months where illness takes center stage and I promise you that it's not just because it's cold and flu season. It's because we eat too much sugar, don't get enough sunlight or fresh air, and our water intake declines by 45%.
Seriously go get a glass of water and keep reading.

Stress levels are at an all time high with work, various holidays and so many social commitments, work schedules and activities.
When are you going to make time for your own practice? (whatever that looks like to you). When are you going to commit to your peace? Or your healing? Goodness knows the holidays trigger all kinds of things like mixed emotions and gut issues (they're connected)

Getting out of practice, for our own peace happens. Life gets busy and we need to figure out how to squeeze it in somewhere, but then you're exhausted and its 6pm and all you want is sweats, and scrolling. I get it. I hear you and I see it all the time.
Burn out is real and it's become an epidemic.
Speaking as someone who has experienced it, and as someone who can support you during this process, I'm asking you to really look at life and how it's playing out for you right now.
Are you eating properly? When did you last have some water? Have you stretched or practiced some breathing techniques? (Im adjusting my own posture as I type this) what tools are you using...or are those just for last resort situations now?
