Its really weird when you get to the point where you realize that you are holding the straw. (Or when you realize that you keep giving the straw to people)

Whats weirder is the sensation when you realize in the moment whats happening and then you make the choice to take the straw back.
Simply because you dont want to be a part of the nonsense anymore or because you finally see what youve been doing. What a beautiful unfolding of awareness and the first steps to being selfaware.

Close your eyes, use your breath to find center. Resting your hand on your chest with eyes closed. Every inhale allowing the energy in your chest to build every exhale sending it down through the body, into your earth star (8-10" below your feet)
Inhale pulling more energy into your chest allowing it to fill your torso, lighting you up and igniting the spark that's been so dim for so long. Calling in the Merkibah Star and allowing yourself to sit in this energy for a few minutes. Anchor it in. Ask your guides to help ✨️💖✨️
