Yesterday was our last BraveHeart Youth First Aid session of 2025!

Teens aged 11–17 spent the day learning how to stay calm, think fast, and act with confidence in real-life emergencies 💪
From CPR to handling injuries, they practiced the skills that make a real difference at home, at school, and in their community.

It grows with practice — and we’re giving youth the space to build it.
Our Youth First Aid class (ages 11–17) teaches practical, real-world skills teens can use anywhere life happens:
🩹 Responding to injuries
🫁 CPR for all ages
🆘 Handling choking
⚡ Using an AED
🧠 Staying calm when others can’t

It’s hands-on. It’s supportive.
