This week marks the transition from our Fall yoga series 🍁to our Winter yoga series❄️.
Join us for the ultimate in Yogic relaxation this Wednesday, October 29th, from 7 pm - 8:15 pm in the gorgeous, red barn
Our last Fall series class is 75 minutes of stress relieving Yin yoga combined with the sweets sounds of spa music, low lighting, and a calm and peaceful ambiance.
We love practicing pranayama (breath control) and other Yogic goodies, such as bandhas (body locks), mudras (seals/gestures), singing bowls, facial massage, and more, which is why class is 75 minutes rather than 60.
The bit of extra time allows for a more relaxed atmosphere while we practice, and we can take our time and let go of the rushing around we experience so often in our daily lives.
Also, beginning this Saturday, November 1st, from 10 am - 11:15 am, enjoy a fun and active kickstart to your Saturday mornings in our Winter yoga series!
Getting up to run errands on cold, winter weekend mornings can be tough, but starting your Saturday with energizing yoga that heats you up from the inside, gets your blood pumping, your muscles stretching and strengthening, and clears your mind makes all the errands you have to run not just bearable, but something you can have fun doing, just because you feel fantastic!! !
