Just chillin' on the long weekend and wanted to let everyone know about dates for the next series of HypnoBirthing: The Mongan Method Childbirth Education Classes Preregistration is a must remember. Thursday September 9, 16, 23, 30, October 7, 2021 from 7:00 p.m. til 9:30 p.m. or Sunday September 12, 19, 26, October 3 , 10, 2021 from 2:30 p.m. til 5:00 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 12, 19, 26, Oct. 3, 10, 2021 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. or
Thursday, Sept. 9, 16, 23, 30, Oct. 7, 2021 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Remember to pre-register.

As you can see I am pretty chill. My Mom and Dad say it is because they took HypnoBirthing: The Mongan Method Childbirth Education Classes in preparation for my birth. Mom also says that is why I am such a good sleeper. Both Mom and Dad think it is the best decision they made, especially in 2020. It really helped them be calm and relaxed. Next class series live online: Sun. Jan. 31, Feb. 7, 14, 21 and 28 or Thurs. Feb. 4, 11, 18, 25 and Mar. 4. 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
