🌱So you found a diffuser blend that caught your eye and you would like to try it, but perhaps you don’t have Bergamot, or you’ve run out, you could try grapefruit.
🌱Perhaps the recipe calls for Melissa but you haven’t bought it because …it’s a bit expensive. Here’s a couple substitution charts. Use what you have.
Throw those oils in the diffuser and enjoy.
Breathe deep…!

Let’s talk feelings and oils. Some oils have an uplifting effect, others are calming, some help with clarity and focus, and others help you get s**t done.

Hey all…. Yes I am still here. Life has been super busy and I haven’t had a lot of time to do some of the things I love…. one which is… being here and sharing oils.. I am still learning and I am still using them on a daily basis.
