Well, just the deer in the woods - you may not have seen us for a while, but we’ve always been here! 🦌 💕 It’s been a little quiet on social media lately but that’s just because Stella and I have been hard at work fixing your posture, your aches and pains, and maybe your moods too! Lol 😆

As always you will still receive a emailed receipt once payment is received. And yes, I certainly do still accept credit & debit as a form of payment - excluding AMEX. 🥲

And yes, I still do direct bill to *most* insurance companies.

Do you have a more specific concern that you need to get work done? Shoulder impingement, instability (for example) or any muscular injury that you haven’t been able to shake off? Maybe it’s time for a massage!

This new treatment option is a more effective approach at an already effective treatment. We cut away the nonsense and get down to business. This treatment usually includes more modalities such as cupping, IASTM, taping, etc and comes with stretch & strength homework with an app that helps you along the way and access to me when you have questions.

The regular massage option will be used for a more general maintenance treatment or relaxation from issues associated with stress.

If you’d like to switch to the new option, please let me know! 🤗 If you currently have a home plan and are planning on receiving the regular RMT treatment instead of this new sport massage option, your home plan will end on it’s effective date and will not be updated. Other options are available upon request - don’t be shy, reach out and let’s chat about options! 😄

Hi folks! 🙋🏼‍♀️✨

Due to increases in cost of living, registration fees and continuing education - HST will no longer be lumped in within the base cost of treatments.

In order to remain accessible I will continue to offer most modalities at no extra cost (cupping, taping etc) and this small increase will allow us to continue to provide the highest quality care possible to all of you.

This change in billing will take effect ✨March 15, 2024. ✨

In certain circumstances the option of a sliding scale can be discussed for those who have the need to come regularly and funds are limited. We also have the ability to make judgement calls about time allocation and flexibility in treatment plans to make sure we create the most effective treatment possible with the time we have available.

Thank you dearly for your continued support! Stella and I so beyond filled with joy for the ability to open my office and love my environment, my job and my clients. 🤍🐶
