Talk With Gena Welcome! Gena offers mental health services & resources for people of all ages & demographics. Your physical health affects your mental health and vice versa.

Experience includes 17 years as a healthcare practitioner, focusing on chronic pain, chronic disease, neurological health and function in the healing process. I use somatic psychotherapy to provide personal and unique treatment strategies that focus on the connection between mind, emotion, thought, behaviour, and spirit (self-perception).
