Being an empath can be daunting. Even though I really enjoyed the northern lights last night I woke with a wild headache and completely exhausted. Apparently this can be normal for people who are sensitive to energy. Have to take the good with the bad.

I have been working on the updated version of my book. Here is the new cover design. A lot of hard work has gone into this book and I am very proud of what I have accomplished. If you had asked me 2 years ago if this would have happened, I would have said no. With my background in English, I never thought this would have been possible. With the help of Spirit, I have found all things are possible.
