It’s unhelpful, it’s unsustainable, and it’s not strongly back by good research.
This is why I’ve been intentionally shifting away from restriction as a gut health focused ND and why I’m so excited to be doing this talk.
It represents both my strategy and my purpose: helping you build a stronger, more resilient gut.
