Sometimes you don’t need to push — you need to soften.

This journey begins with a 15-minute active reset designed to clear stuck energy from your system, create spaciousness in the body, and help you release the noise you’ve been carrying. It’s like pressing a full reset button, preparing you to receive the deeper healing that follows.

From there, we drop into a beautiful 45-minute down-regulating healing journey. Down Regulation Regeneration guides you into deep rest, grounding, and emotional balance. Designed for those new to breathwork, navigating health considerations, or experiencing an overactive nervous system, this journey gently activates the parasympathetic “rest and digest” response.

Through deliberate breathing, hypnotherapy, subliminal messaging, and visualization, you’ll enter a state of profound calm and inner harmony. You’ll be held in a safe, nurturing space to release stress, process emotional or physical experiences, and reconnect with your inner self — including a tender inner child healing sequence that allows you to meet yourself with softness, love, and compassion.

Each breath supports integration, regulation, and regeneration, helping you return to your center, open your heart, and deepen your relationship with yourself — all at your own pace.
