Sunday nights used to be the worst.
The dread would start around 4pm. ⬇️
That tight feeling in my chest, the mental scroll through everything waiting for me on Monday, the quiet sense that the weekend didn’t actually refill anything — it just delayed the emptiness for a couple of days.
I created The Rest Collective because I wanted a different ending to the week — for myself, and for every woman who knows exactly what I’m talking about.
Every Sunday at 9pm MST, we lie down together. I guide you into Yoga Nidra — deep, nervous-system-level rest — and you close your week in softness instead of dread.
No Sunday scaries. Just a full exhale before Monday begins.
