Anticipatory grief. I've had so many people ask how they cope with mourning a loved one, twice. Hopefully this will help a little, none of it is easy and only caregivers and their families will truly understand. Any tips for other caregivers to cope with these tremendous losses? 💜 "Together we can make a difference."
