We 110% back this group !

JOIN JAIME & MICHELLE Tuesday and Thursday evenings for 8 weeks in Gold Bar Park at 6pm for our Run Ready Women YEG Beginner Run Program! Exclusively for 18+ individuals who identify as women.

Our program includes 16 sessions with 1 race/celebration during the last one! Each week will have a different themed info session, along with strength & mobility instruction and journaling guidance.

Our instructors are experienced runners, Fitness Alberta Certified Group Fitness Leaders & RRCA Run Coach Level I certified, with many years of experience leading run groups year-round!

Deets for participation:
-Adults (18+) who identify as women who are new to running or have had a long break since they last ran.
-Must be able to walk briskly for 25-30mins.
-Participants should be in good basic physical health with a required PARQ health waiver.
-Any pre-existing health conditions or injuries should be cleared by a medical professional before joining the program.
-This is a women’s only registered group for all sessions. No drop-ins allowed.
-No dogs or pets allowed.
